I wrote to the hardcover publisher trying to get a photo of the book cover. I really enjoyed this book, mostly because I'm a huge fan of historical fiction, but also because it is quite beautifully and vividly written. The novel is the third book in the Taj Mahal trilogy, first two being The Twentieth Wife and The Feast of Roses. The Twentieth Wife is the first book in a historical trilogy that tells the story of her life. There's a fantastic novel called The 20th Wife by Indu Sundaresan that's loosely based on this family.
